Hi, my name is Katina Gad
Having struggled with weight, health, and body image firsthand, I know how insurmountable the obstacles to overcoming change can feel. Watching the scale go up and down, being in and out of the hospital, waking up in pain one day and then feeling great the next, it's a vicious cycle but I finally got off the roller coaster and now I help others do the same. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with people, and I love working with people to improve their overall health and help them achieve their fitness goals.
